About the event
This weekly asana practice is for members of The Seedboat Collective coworking space. Jenn will guide whoever would like to join through some breath work, stretching, and the occasional meditation on Mondays at noon. Mats and blankets are available. The practice is meant for coworkers but guests are welcome for $5.
